GM602 is an online gas environment monitoring system for volatile organic compounds and toxic industrial chemicals. It provides real-time monitoring of air pollutants such as benzene, aldehydes and ketones in enclosed spaces, petrochemical facilities and construction sites.

GM602 is an installed instrument rather than a carried one. It is fitted where a hazard is expected to recur - a process area, an enclosed space, a site boundary - and monitors continuously so that a rise in concentration is detected as it happens rather than at the next round of manual checks.
It covers two distinct classes of gas at once, VOCs and toxic industrial chemicals, which is what allows a single installed point to serve a site where solvent vapour and process gases are both credible. The VOC sensor range is selected to suit the application, and the TIC gas types being monitored can be changed dynamically as a site's processes or risk assessment change.
Installation is designed around real plant: the unit supports both fixed mounting and pipeline installation, and communicates over wired or wireless connections depending on what a site can provide.

An illustrative scenario for combining fixed and portable monitoring around chemical storage, process equipment and other risk locations in advanced manufacturing.
↗︎
A laboratory monitoring plan combines fixed environmental sensing, portable investigation and activity records to understand VOC and air-quality change.
↗︎
A structured hospital assessment separates occupational radiation, airborne-particle and indoor-air questions so each risk is measured with the appropriate method.
↗︎
Risk-based fixed and portable gas monitoring connects target-gas selection, sensor placement, alarms and maintenance to plant response procedures.
