GD624 is an environmental chemical monitoring system that detects up to 24 gases at once using multi-sensor, multi-channel direct detection, integrating optical ionization, electrochemical and infrared sensors. It is built for real-time monitoring of toxic, hazardous and flammable gases in emergency response, firefighting and industrial environments.

An incident scene rarely involves one gas, and the picture changes as it develops. GD624 monitors up to twenty-four gases and vapours simultaneously and keeps monitoring, so responders work from a live picture of the atmosphere rather than a series of spot readings.
The system can be deployed fixed or mobile and starts with one click, which matters when it is being set up at a cordon under time pressure. Alongside gas concentrations it records environmental parameters including temperature, humidity, pressure, wind speed and wind direction, giving the context needed to interpret where a release is going.
GD624 works as a standalone unit or as a networked system: collection and control terminals can each operate independently, one control terminal supports multiple collection terminals, and built-in 4G links the system to a remote cloud for management, control and analysis. Collection terminals also support external video and thermal imaging, and data can be stored, replayed, exported and analysed after the event.
