CP1000 is a portable gas chromatograph analyzer for volatile organic compounds, providing both qualitative and quantitative results from gas samples. Battery powered and compact, it runs continuous total-VOC monitoring or switches to analysis mode to measure specific hazardous substances in workplace air and explosion-hazard areas.

Total VOC readings tell a team that something is present; chromatography tells them what. CP1000 covers both in one portable instrument, so a survey can start with continuous monitoring of overall concentration and then resolve the specific compounds behind a reading without returning to a laboratory.
The analyzer is highly integrated: everything needed for online benzene-series monitoring is built in, and the workflow from sampling through to data analysis is automated. A dual-column gas path returns benzene in about thirty seconds and the full BTEX group in around three minutes, with PID detector technology working at ppb sensitivity.
An on-board library covers more than thirty VOCs and can be expanded. Rechargeable batteries and replaceable consumables keep maintenance low, and the instrument can be mounted on vehicles, UAVs and robots where an area is unsafe to enter on foot.
